REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 5th, 2023
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board was held on September 5th, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Mayor's Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana.
President Steve Gill called the meeting to order with the following in attendance:

APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Gill presented the Claims, and the drainage board and staff discussed the possibility of
purchasing a hydro-vac truck in the future instead of renting one as needed. President Gill asked if there
were any other questions, additions, or comments. Greg Lander made a motion to approve the Claims
totaling$83,758.96, seconded by Shane Calkin.
Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Gill presented the minutes from August 15, 2023,asking if there were any questions,
corrections,or comments. John Ketenbrink made a motion to approve the Minutes as presented,
seconded by Greg Lander.
Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:Woodstone Creek Section I—Kyle Eichhorn, HWC Engineering, and Josh Hillman
presented the plans for Woodstone Creek. Shane Calkin made a motion to approve the plans for
Woodstone Creek, seconded by Dale Sariscsany.
Motion approved unanimously
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
REPORTS:
Ed Siewert-Stormwater Week is being hosted in Clarksville this week.
John Walling-There have been several calls from Mayfair Apartments due to a section of failed pipe due
to elevation changes. The board discussed how best to fix the problems with the pipe and decided to get
estimates from a contractor to discuss at a future board meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
Greg Lander made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:02 p.m., seconded by Dale Sariscsary. Our next
meeting will be held on September 19, 2023 at 5:30 pm.
