(please check) ❑� YES ❑ NO Set up will begin on (date): October 28, 2023 at (time) 10 AM Break down will begin on (date) October 28, 2023 at (time) 6- 7 PM Please provide a detailed description of your proposed event (be specific1 All Hallows Reformation Festival is a block party to celebrate Halloween, Reformation Day, and All Saint's day- three Christian holidays that occur at the end of October. The goal is to honor church history, celebrate God's providential care of the Church throughout that history, and provide the community with a way to enjoy food, fellowship, and family activities. The best way to think of it is as part Renaissance Festival, part trunk or treat, and part church picnic. We are requesting from the city of Jeffersonville to close off 300 feet of East Chestnut starting at the corner of Walnut to 100 feet past the church parking lot. We will be setting up several 10 x 10 booths with games and activities for families, have a couple of bouncy houses, dunking booth to dunk the pastor, tables and chairs for people to sit and eat after getting food and drink for free inside the church building. We will are hopin to set up a vendor area this year for local homemade and crafts. We will also have a booth for Is this event open to the public?
