CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING/APPRAISAL SERVICES
This contract for consulting/appraisal services is between Governmental Appraisal Services, Inc.
(Appraiser) and City of Jeffersonville Board of Public Works AND Office of Redevelopment
(Client). Upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions and certifications contained in this
contract, the Consultant/Appraiser is hereby authorized to perform the specified assignment.
SUBJECT PROPERTY: New Chapel Road Reconstruction and Sidewalk

ASSIGNMENT
The Appraiser shall perform an analysis of the subject property and provide a written report within 2-3
weeks after signing of contract as described below in estimating a market value for possible purchase.
Appraiser shall provide Client with an email copy of the report.
TYPE OF APPRAISAL/REPORT
The appraiser agrees to perform an analysis to determine market value to the above referenced property.
The Appraiser agrees to provide reports in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice(USPAP).The written appraisal report shall be prepared under Standards Rule 2-2(a)of
an appraisal performed under Standard 2(USPAP).
PAYMENT PROVISIONS
Client agrees to pay Appraiser a fee of$4,800 within 30 days of delivery of report.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Please acknowledge the agreement of Client to the provisions included herein by signing and returning one
original.
