PRESENT (VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's
Conference Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's
Website. Andy Crouch and Rob Waiz served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from April
19, 2023. Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Crouch
seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Jeremy Neff/Kevin Morlan-Request for approval of Change Order #2 for 2022-1
Community Crossings Grant Funded Street Paving Project— Mr. Morlan advised this is
requesting approval for change order#2 for the 2022-1 Community Crossings street
paving.
Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the change order. Mr. Waiz seconded the
motion; motion passed, 3-0.
2. Scott McVoy-Request for approval of contract between Savor This Catering and the
Jeffersonville Police Department for police banquet on November 17, 2023 —Assistant
Chief McVoy advised the funds used for this contract are either donated or raised by a
fundraiser.
Mr. Waiz made a motion to approve the contract. Mr. Crouch seconded the motion;
motion passed, 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
With 90 ther bisiness, Mr. Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:31 a.m.
