REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 7, 2023
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board was held on March 7,2023,at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council's
Chambers, First Floor,500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Gill called the meeting
to order with the following in attendance:

John Ketenbrink
Shane Calkin
Tim Franklin
Absent was Adam Ross
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
President Gill presented Claims in the amount of$54,037.52, asking if there were any questions
or comments. Mr. Guepe made a motion to approve the Claims in the amount of$54,037.52 and
seconded by Mr.Calkin. Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Gill presented the Minutes from February 21, 2023 meeting,asking if there were any
questions, corrections,or comments. Mr.Sariscsany made a motion to approve the Minutes as
presented and seconded by Mr.Guepe. Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS:
Pre request from City Engineer Crouch the item of 10th Street Drainage be tabled until he
received itemized statement for the project. Mr.Calkin made a motion to table this item until further
notice and seconded by Mr. Ketenbrink. Motion approved unanimously
NEW BUSINESS:
City Engineer Crouch presented the project for Chris Hinkle, PE: Red Barn Engineering regarding
Jeffersonville Commons Self-Storage. This will be located behind the Kroger Store on 10th Street. They
will be installing their own detention. City Engineer Crouch recommended for approval. Mr, Calkin
made a motion to approve the plans as presented and seconded by Mr. Lander.
Motion approved unanimously
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
REPORTS:
City Engineer Crouch requested that a sub-committee meeting be held before our next regular
meeting on March 215t at 4:00 P.M.
President Gill inquired about the mud running into the basins from the construction along the
car wash. City Engineer Crouch advised that it is being cleaned up, but he would double check on the
situation.
City Engineer Crouch advised that he has interviewed some applicants for Matt Bell's vacancy. He
would have more information later.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Guepe made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Lander. Our
next meeting will be held on March 21,2023 at 5:30 P.M.
