PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference
Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch and
Clark Miles served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from March 1,2023. -
Mr. Miles seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Crouch; motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:None
NEW BUSINESS: None
ADJOURNMENT: -
Mayor Moore advised that Greater Clark Schools are requesting to vacate an alley next
to Corydon Porter School and asked where that process was. Mr. Merkley advised that
item wo/Id be on the agenda next week.
