Guest Speaker-Kurtis Petty with Lukett&Farley-This is for the plans for the new five year Parks
master plan. We have two phases to the plan the initial steps and the future steps. We have spoken
with Paul and Amber about the previous five year plan and how it worked and what we need to improve
on for the next five year plan. We plan to piggy back on some previously scheduled meetings with
neighborhoods and talk to the community about what they would like to see happen in the parks. Once
we have gotten a good idea of what needs to be done we will work on a budget and then help the Parks
Department to prioritize the goals.

working on sponsors for the Ice Rink. We have had a lot of our sponsors come back for the holiday

please let me know and I will contact them and see if we have a plan that fits for them.
Amber Powell-We are wrapping up Riverstage and we have had our first Cruise in Car show and we had
