ORDINANCE NO. 91-OR-~ ORDINANCE AMENDING JEFFERSONVILLE SALARY ORDINANCE FOR 1991 WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville previously adopted Ordinance No. 90~OR-37, which ordinance fixed the basic salaries payable for various jobs under employment with the departments of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and, WHEREAS, it now appears that it is necessary to add a position as pretreatment coordinator at the Jeffersonville Wastewater Treatment Plant in order to adequately meet the United States Environmental Protection Agency rules and regulations with regards to pretreatment of industrial wastewater. ~ NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the C~y of Jeffersonville that it hereby amends the 1991 Jeffersonville salary ordinance to provide as follows: Jeffersonville wastewater Treatment Plant Pretreatment Coordinator Laboratory Technician~(Supervisor) $25,000.00 Hour $5.50-$9.96 Passed and Jeffersonville, Clark , 1991.
