TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
The City of:Jeffersonville agrees to the following:
e Provide a sponsors ship of$400 dollars to be paid in a single installment
• To support the project through social media posts and media participation
• To Provide reasonable access to the Public Art Administrator during the course of the project.
The contractor chosen agrees to the following:
• Create one handmade miniature diorama based on a pre-arranged theme chosen in collaboration
with the-Greater Clark Elementary Library Coordinator and published on theMini Maples LLC
website.
• To alert the Public Art Administrator to any and all theme changes/book choices,that would;affect
the image/public opinion of the City of Jeffersonville or the Jeffersonville Public Art Commission
• To arrange for three new books to be donated to the Greater Clark County school libraries
a To arrange for the display of the diorama in the Greater Clark County Schools during the
2022-2023 school year.
• To provide reasonable sponsorship recognition including:
o Name/Logo usage on the Diorama
o Name/Logo usage on any print/online materials related to the project
o Name/Logo usage on any media/social media,posts/articles related to the project
• Provide the city with an Invoice for the full amount of the contract($400 dollars) and a W9 (Public
Art Admin will email this to you ifyou do not have one readily available) as soon as possible.
INDEMNIFICATION:
The contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Jeffersonville and its officers,agents,and
employees, harmless from all suits,claims,or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of
or resulting from activities under this agreement conducted by Contractor or Contractor's:agents.The
provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of-this agreement
