CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from August 28, 2019,
seconded by Mr. Waiz and motion passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the payroll, seconded by Mr. Waiz
and motion passes 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Les Merkley—Hearing on Resolution Sustaining Damages Award and Remonstrance for
Condemnation of Real Property located on Michigan Avenue
Mr. Merkley presented a resolution to be adopted to finalize the acquisition of certain property for
the Depot Project,this is the resolution that will sustain the Board's previous determination of what the
damages were in the a mount of$1,900. This hearing was noticed in the local newspaper on June 15th and
June 22"dfor the hearing to occur today. Mr. Merkley asked if anyone was present for this hearing- no one
appeared.
Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve Resolution 2019-R-7; Mr. buch seconded the motion and
motion passed 3-0.
