9,It le Understood that PURCHASER shall have control of the services rendered hereunder,subject to the terms and conditions in this
AGREEMENT. This Agreement cannot be modified or amended except by writing signed by both parties. The validity,construction,
performance, and breach of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The State of Indiana.
10.This agreement is for the purchase of Friday,July 12th,2010 on ARTISTS calendar for an event that will take place in
Jeffersonville,IN.No"date or city exchange"$permitted."Date or City Change"shall be considered termination of this agreement.
It PURCHASER shall provide power,a dressing area,a stage(purchasers option),and parking(if needed)for ARTIST's Performance.
ARTISTs equipment set-up and performance takes place in ONE PERFORMANCE SITE ONLY per details of this agreement and date.
12a.ARTISTs timely arrival and set-up at performance site shall be considered thin ARTISTS Contrei tinder any undid
circumstances INCLUDING inclement weather conditions.
12b.ARTISTS physical abiability to perform and the functionality of ARTIST owned equipment shall be considered within AftTitIrscOrstrei
12c,In the event that ARTIST has arrived at event site on tkne,and PURCHASER wants to cancel event due Many occonandOrb8Y010
ARTISTs Control,(such as,"guests unable to attend due to inclement weather,"power outage at venue","guests unable to attend
because venue has become uninhabitable)PURCHASER shall remain liable for the full agreement price.
12d.In the Ng*unlikely event that ARTIST must cancel,:ARTIST will return any and all deposits to PURCHASER mediately.
The parties do hereby accept the bregoing;terms and conditions and cause this agreement to be executed as of 1211312018
