Based on our email conversation this week, it is our understanding that the city is requesting a review and amendment to the Sign Code in order to bring it into compliance with recent case law. GRW is able to provide this service as requested and the fee is listed below. Fee & Deliverables Based on the scope of services listed above, the lump sum fee, schedule, and deliverables are as follows: Fee Estimate Break Down Sign Code Amendment $4,500 • Review current UDO/ZO for sign code provisions. • Draft an amendment for sign provisions that satisfies current case law. • Review draft remotely with staff(email and conference call)and make any final revisions. • Prepare amendment ordinance for adoption TOTAL $4,500 Timeframe It is anticipated that this service will take two to three weeks to complete the first draft for review. Deliverables Final deliverables for these efforts include an electronic draft of the amendment for insertion in the City's ordinance template for consideration and adoption.
