This then requires an upsizing of pipes from Structure 170 up to Structure 186 on the main storm sewer trunk fine.Since the precast structures have already been manufactured and delivered they will have to be altered to accomodate the upsized pipes.The City asked to proceed with the changes to accomodate the development with NON Participating items for any additional costs due to these changes.Dave O'Mara Contractor, Inc.agreed to use existing item prices for the work that needed to be done.The new CL.Ns 233 and 234 prices are from established contract items for the same size pipes.The CLN 235 price was established in Change Order 6.These new items were created as NON-Participating items to pay for addtional pipe above the contract pay item quantities and the alterations to the delivered structures. Change Order Explanation for Specific Line item II is the intent of the parties that this change order Is full and complete compensation for the work describe above.
