REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 5, 2019
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board met on March 5, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana. President Charlie Smith
called the meeting to order with the following in attendance:
BOARD MEMBERS: STAFF:
Charlie Smith Matt Bell
Grant Morton Kevin Feder
James Wright Darren Wilder, Attorney
Chester King Patty Rush
John Ketenbrink
Absent were: Andy Crouch, Steve Gill, Arthur Guepe, Rob Burgess and Brandon Westerfield
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
Mr. Morton reviewed the claims and answered any questions the Board had regarding
any of the claims. Mr. Morton made a motion to approve the claims in the amount of
$33,115.47 and seconded by Mr. King. Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Smith presented the minutes from February 19, 2019 meeting, asking if there
were any corrections or additions. Mr. Morton made a motion to approve the minutes as
presented and seconded by Mr. Ketenbrink. Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
REPORTS:
Jonathan Bischof, Supervisor for the Drainage Department addressed the board in
regard to work orders. The Board had inquired about how many work orders and areas they
were maintaining. Mr. Bischof handed out information to each member showing total and
what work has been completed or will be completed this year.
ADJOURN:
Mr. Wright made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:02 P.M. and seconded by Mr.
Morton. Our next meeting will be held on March 19, 2019 at 5:30 P.M.
