BEFORE THE JEFFERSONVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
STATE OF INDIANA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMMISSION PRESIDENT
TO EXECUTE AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP
WHEREAS,on April 29,2009 Paul Michael Campbell executed an Affidavit for purposes of clarifying
ownership or interests in certain real estate owned by Jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment;
WHEREAS,said Affidavit was recorded on May 1,2009 as Instrument 200907187;and
WHEREAS,the Affidavit is hereby attached as Exhibit"A";and
WHEREAS,the Commission desires to clarify that the real estate that is the subject of the Affidavit
is still owned by the Jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment free and clear of any encumbrances;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission that
it has no knowledge or notice of any party exercising any rights of claim of interest in the real estate described
in the Affidavit recorded on May 1,2009 as instrument 200907187;and
BE IT FUTHRE RESOLVED by the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission that its President
is hereby authorize to execute the attached Affidavit of Ownership ("Exhibit "B").

AFFIDAVIT
Comes now the undersigned, Paul Michael Campbell, Affiant, and having
personal knowledge of the matters set forth below, swears and affirms the following
under penalties of perjury:
1. 1 am the owner and possessor of certain real property (the "Property")
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof(being hereinafter referred to as the"Property").
2. That I acquired an interest in a portion of the Property through two deeds:
(i) quitclaim deed from the Penn Central Corporation and the Cleveland,
Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company, dated June 12,
1980, and recorded on February 11, 1981, in Deed Drawer 13 Instrument
1175 in the office of the Recorder of Clark County, Indiana, and (ii)
warranty deed dated August 30, 1983, and recorded on August 30, 1983,
in Deed Drawer 15 Instrument 8176 in the office aforesaid (hereinafter
collectively referred to as the"Deeds").
3. That the legal descriptions from the Deeds are set forth in exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof
4. That I also acquired certain interests in and to vacated streets and alleys, as
appurtenances to real estate described in Exhibit "A" and/or Exhibit "B"
pursuant to the following: (i) Ordinance of record in Miscellaneous
Drawer 2 Instrument 443 in the office of the Recorder of Clark County,

Indiana, (ii) Ordinance 96-OR-70, and (iii) Ordinance 2008-OR-7, dated
February 4, 2008, and recorded as Instrument 2008002521 in the office
aforesaid(hereinafter collectively referred to as the"Ordinances").
5. That pursuant to IND. CODE 32-21-7-1, I have paid all the taxes and
special assessments due on the Property since having acquired any interest
in the same.
6. That the records of the of the tax and assessment officials of Clark County,
Indiana, describe the real estate taxed as "Washington Square 2.944 Ac
Blk 90 Lots 1-2-3-4-5 Blk 83 Lot 10 Pt Lots 4-5-6-7-8-9-11-12 Pt Vacated
Street," which includes all the real estate known as the Property, with the
Local Tax ID being 19-36-0070 and the State Tax ID being 10-19-00-101-
461.000-010.
7. That since the acquisition of interests according to the dates of the Deeds,
I have maintained continuous, exclusive, actual, and uninterrupted
possession of all portions of the Property included in the Deeds and more
particularly described in Exhibit"B."
8. That since the acquisition of interests according to the dates of the
Ordinances, I have maintained continuous, exclusive, actual, and
uninterrupted possession of all portions of the Property included in the
Ordinances.
9. That since the acquisition of any interest under the Deeds and Ordinances,
possession has been visible, open, and notorious at all times.

10, Furthermore, that such possession has been under claim of ownership
according to the Deeds and Ordinances, hostile to any other party.

2. That he is the President of the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission;
3. That he is aware of an Affidavit executed by Paul Michael Campbell dated April 29, 2009
recorded on May 1, 2009 as Instrument 200907187; and
4. That on behalf of the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission,he has no knowledge or notice
