The video will be an exciting and fast-paced look at the public parks as well as programs and events to attend. A professional voice-over will accompany the video to educate the public. In addition,we will produce up to (3) 2 min. web videos. Each video will be produced as a stand-alone custom production about an event or initiative sponsored by Jeff Parks. ProMedia will mange all aspects of the production from creative concept&script writing to filing and editing. Once completed, each video will be formatted for publication on the Parks social media and web channels. Social Media ProMedia Group will, on behalf of the Jeffersonville Parks Department, post 3-5 times per week to Facebook. ProMedia Group will also post to the Park's Twitter 2-3 times a week. Instagram will feature graphics and professional photography, and will be posted to as content is available. ProMedia Group will also monitor messages and comments on the channels and respond accordingly. Posts will draw attention to events and programs hosted by the Parks Dept, and will share content from other official city of Jeffersonville pages. In addition to cross promotion and events, posts will include various campaigns and promotions to increase awareness of opportunities with the Parks Department. Website ProMedia Group will develop a new WORDPRESS website for the Jeffersonville Parks Department (www.ieffparks.org) The new website will be a significant improvement over the existing website. It will provide visitors with a fresh and clean creative treatment. The new design will be more like a "tourist"view of Jeff Parks and provide visitors easy one-click access to Parks and Events. The new site will also be SEO and Mobile optimized and built upon a much more secure platform. Website analytics and ongoing SEO will be available if requested. The new Jeff Parks website will allow Staff members to easily update events and calendar pages without the need for a website developer's help. In addition, PMG will provide ongoing web content management and updates up to 1 hour per month. Creative approval. Client must approve the script,layout,outline and any other creative project elements by an established date.Late approval may result in final delivery after the promised delivery date. 2. Third-party vendors. It is understood that ProMedia Group may work with various vendors to complete certain aspects of custom projects. 3. Additional charges. Any changes made to the project description in this proposal may result in additional charges to be determined,based on the changes. Any changes made to the copy,creative treatment or layout after approval can result in additional charges. 4. Creative control. ProMedia Group retains creative control of the product to the extent it meets our standards of quality,excellence and integrity. 5. Portfolio inclusion. ProMedia Group reserves the right to include the finished product in its portfolio,and potentially in the portfolios of third-party vendors,with the purpose of demonstration to other clients,award entries or other promotional activities unless otherwise requested.
