Location: Jeffersonville RiverStage & 100 Block of Riverside Drive,Vissing Park, Big
Four Station Park&Warder Park.
Excludes:Abbey Road On The River&Cabelas King Kat Champiionship 2018 as
these events are individual events &have individual sponsorship packages.

Includes Hometown Sponsor 5K Package.Please see 5K Hometown sponsor level&
2018 season event package for benefit details.
Add On: Hometown Bonus 2018: .15 or.30 second video commercial spot to be
shown on RiverStage LED Screen in rotation throughout season.Video commercial
spot to be provided by Greater Clark Schools.
Add On: Bonus Booth Space at 4 Key Summer Concert Series/Twilight Cinema
Events throughout the 2018 season.
In Kind: Greater Clark County Schools has also discussed providing bus
transportation&drivers for our Easter Event at Vissing Park in 2019.In Kind Value
no greater than 1K to be determined.
Payment Terms:
• All City Partner Sponsorship payments are required upon execution of this
agreement.
• All checks should be made payable to City Of Jeffersonville,Attn: City
Partners Program.
• Mailing Address: 500 Quartermaster Ct.#212 Jeffersonville,IN 47130.Attn:
Jeffersonville Parks Department.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties,
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations,
understandings, or agreements. This Agreement may be modified only by a written
amendment signed by both parties.
Headings,Attachments,and Exhibits: The headings contained in this Agreement are for
reference only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this

Agreement. Any attachments and Exhibits to this Agreement shall be construed as an
integral part of this Agreement.
Waiver: The failure on the part of either party to enforce its rights as to any provision of
this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights to enforce such provision in
the future.
Assignment: This Agreement shall not be assigned by either party without the prior
written consent of the other unless such assignment shall be to the affiliate or successor of
either party.
Authority to Contract: Each party warrants and represents that it has power and
authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations, including any
payment obligations,under this Agreement.
Governing Law: The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Indiana.
Severability: Should any part of this Agreement for any reason,be declared invalid or void,
such declaration will not affect the remaining portion which will remain in full force and
effect as if the Agreement had been executed with the invalid portion eliminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have duly executed this Agreement effective as of the
date first above written.
