HomeMy WebLinkAboutRIVER RIDGE TIFE 2018 RIVER RIDGE COMMERCE CENTER June 1, 2018 Ms. Vicki Conlin Clerk Treasurer City of Jeffersonville 501 East Court Avenue Jeffersonville, IN 47130 RE: Capture of Incremental Assessed Value for the River Ridge Development Authority Dear Ms. Conlin, In accordance with the provisions of IC 36-7-30-25, the River Ridge Development Authority has determined that there is no excess assessed value that may be allocated to the respective taxing units in the manner prescribed in subdivision (1) of IC 36-7-14- 39 (b) (1). All funds being collected are required to fund infrastructure improvements necessary to facilitate redevelopment inside the "Indiana Army Ammunition Plant Reuse Authority Allocation Area." Over the next several years, the total cost of on-site improvements is projected to exceed $300 Million. These improvements include construction of new road ways, new utility facilities and associated demolition/site preparation.
