HomeMy WebLinkAboutPROMEDIA RIVERSTAGE PROMEDIA GROUP Jeffersonville Parks River Stage & City Partners Video Production Proposal Prepared for: JEFFERSONVILLE 147011---- _AI II PARKS May 3, 2018 - 1 - PROME DIA GROUP Project Descriptions: River Stage Preshow An entirely new Preshowwill be designed and rendered by ProMedia Group forthe 2018 Summer Concert Series/Twilight Cinema.This will be a linearviewing of non-audio advertisements,animations,and announcements highlighting the following:sponsors,local events/programs,social media engagement and previews of the coming week's concert or cinema showing.This will take place overthe course of 15 minutes priorto the featured presentation.The non-audio preshow will consistofa varying display of the following: Logo Slideshow of Platinum Sponsors Interactive Animations Created by ProMedia Group Parks&City Information and "Thank you to all sponsors"slide Pre made animations provided by City Partners Additionally,an audio preshow will begin just priorto the featured presentation but afterthe completion of sound check(s).This product will consist of the Mayor ofJeffersonville's welcome.Pricing includes additional updates/edits to include both audio and non-audio preshowforJeffersonville Goes Country,RockPops and Rock on Waterto reflect their platinum sponsors. All graphicdesign work forthe preshow shall be done through ProMedia Group.This will be provided forelectronicdownload to the audio providerforthe evening's event(s).These introductions will not be added to the River Stage Shout Outs created by ProMedia Group. River Stage Shout Outs ProMedia Group will acquire footage,write,create and publish the RiverStage Shout Outs on a weekly basisthroughoutthe Coca-Cola SummerConcert Series and Twilight Cinema. The client will providea list of the Coca-Cola SummerConcertSeries and Twilight Cinema acts and movies three weeks before the beginning of the season to allow for ample time to begin production and scheduling.River Stage Shout Outs will be will be posted to the Jeffersonville Parks Department website and will be boosted for$50 per week on Facebook.The monetary value of social media post boost may vary but shall not significantly increase or decrease without client approval. -2 - (g) PROMEDIA GROUP Summary ProMedia Group will provide the following services: • Consultation, project management • Archiving of video for retrieval and future use • Creative approach • Copywriting, script development and editing • In-Studio and On-location video production • Professional talent for narration if applicable • Digital post production and editing • Digital conversion for web/social media deployment • Final product uploaded to website, social media, provided for the River Stage Preshow and/or packaged for sponsorship recruitment • River Stage Preshow—$5,000.00 • River Stage Shout Outs - $650.00 per Shout Out {13 total weeks} **ProMedia Group will donate $2,500 worth of production services in exchange for a Silver Sponsorship during the Jeffersonville Goes Country 2018 event. TOTAL PRODUCTION SERVICES - $13,450.00 LESS IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP- $ 2,500.00 TOTAL AGREEMENT- $10,950.00 0 PROME DIA GROUP Agreement We kindly request payment in the following increments: • 50% upon acceptance of this agreement • Balance of will be billed in 3 installments of$1,825.00 beginning June 1, 2018 1. Creative approval. Client must approve the script,layout,outline and any other creative project elements.Late approval/additional edits afterapproval may result in final delivery after the promised delivery date. 2. Third-party vendors. It is understood that ProMedia Group may work with various vendors to complete certain aspects of custom projects. 3. Additional charges. Any changes made to the project description in this proposal may result in additional charges to be determined,based on the changes. Any changes made to the copy, creative treatment or layout after approval can result in additional charges. 4. Creative control. ProMedia Group retains creative control of the product to the extent it meets our standards of quality,excellence and integrity. 5. Portfolio inclusion. ProMedia Group reserves the right to include the finished product in its portfolio,and potentially in the portfolios of third-party vendors,with the purpose of demonstration to otherclients,award entries orother promotional activities unless otherwise requested. Acceptedby:c2 2 1-4 P7 Title: I S� Signed: _ Date: /23/( T3l c L.- Glu, Company: Jeffersonville Parks Department Date: Accepted for ProMedia Group by: Dan Williamson,CEO/Founder Date: May 3, 2018 -4- RESOLUTION NO. 2018-R- JEFFERSONVILLE PARKS AUTHORITY STATE OF INDIANA A RESOLUTION ALLOWING CITY PRIDE TO UTILIZE PRESERVATION PARK FOR PROJECT WHEREAS, the Jeffersonville Parks Authority ("JPA") has the statutory authority to manage and control the Jeffersonville; and WHEREAS, the JPA owns and manages Preservation Park; and WHEREAS, City Pride, as a volunteer organization with the purpose of beautifying the city, has proposed a project at Preservation Park; and WHEREAS, the project will consist of improvements to Preservation Park with the utilization of topiary horticulture; and WHEREAS, the JPA believes this project will enhance the beautification and appearance of Preservation Park; and THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the JPA that the JPA hereby grants City Pride permission to use Preservation Park for said project; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the JPA that City Pride shall perform all improvements to Preservation Park for said project, at its expense; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the JPA that City Pride shall be solely responsible for maintaining, at its expense, the improvements it makes Preservation Park; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the JPA that it reserves the right to remove any improvements made by City Pride to Preservation Park in the event City Pride fails or refuses to maintain said improvements consistent with JPA standards.
