ORDINANCE NO. 2002-OR- /~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the Cumulative Capital Improvement Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Cumulative Capital Improvement Budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional mount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Cumulative
Capital Improvement Budget be transferred as indicated.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
