Promoter agrees that if the concert is canceled,the deposit will be forfeited or 50�;of"the Fee"is due(whichever is greater).If the Concert is canceled within 90-31
days from the date of the Concert Date,half of the Balance of the fee is due to Artist.If the Concert is canceled within 30 days from the Concert Date,Promoter agrees
to pay the full Fee upon notice to Agent of such cancellation plus any incurred travel expenses,regardless of the cause of cancellation.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The payment of the Deposit shall be in the form of credit card,cash or check made payable to Agent. In the event the check for the
Deposit is returned for insufficient funds,Agent shall have the right to terminate this Agreement or demand immediate payment in full of
the Fee. The payment of the Balance shall be in the form of credit card,cash,or check made payable to Artist Promoter shall instruct the
venue box office personnel and any and all ticket agencies selling tickets for the Concert to pay to Agent,at Agent's request,any unpaid
balance of the Fee.
2. The Promoter agrees to furnish,at its own expense,all that is necessary for the proper presentation of the Concert,including,without
limitation,a suitable theater,church, hall or auditorium,well-heated, lighted,clean and in good order, and comply with all provisions of
that Artist's contract rider("the Contract Rider')which is attached,including without limitation,the provisions related to the sound system
and lighting.
3. The Promoter shall not broadcast,televise,or record,nor permit anyone in attendance to broadcast televise,or record,any part of the
Concert without the prior express,written permission of the Artist.
4. Artist shall have the sole and exclusive right, but not the obligation,to sell products including but not limited to T-shirts,posters,hats,
audio and video recordings, etc., in connection with, and at the Concert and the receipts shall belong exclusively to the Artist. No
merchandise fees and/or commissions shall be paid to the venue or auditorium unless agreed to by the parties at the signing of this
Agreement. If this approval has not been obtained,then Promoter will be solely responsible for any and all merchandise fees and/or
commissions payable to the venue,auditorium or any other party.
5. The Promoter shall not have the right to assign this Agreement, or any of its provisions. Nothing In this Agreement shall ever be
understood as to constitute a partnership,orjoint venture,or that Agent shall be liable in whole or in part for any obligation that may be
incurred by the Promoter in the Promoter's carrying out any of the provisions in this Agreement or otherwise. This Agreement or any part
of Agent's rights herein under, may be assigned to any person, agent, or corporation which acquires all or substantially all of Agent's
assets or which is owned or controlled by Agent.
6. Agent's and Artist's obligation to perform hereunder shall be excused,and Promoter shall not have any claim for damages with respect
to the affected performances, if Artist's performance is rendered impossible or infeasible as the result of illness,death or injury to Artist,
accident, fire, riot or other civil disorder, strike, lockout, or other labor difficulties, an act or order, rule or regulation, of any public
authority or court act of God,absence of power or other essential services,failure of technical facilities and/or any cause beyond Agent's
and Artist's reasonable control. Provided that Artist is ready,willing and able to perform pursuant to the terms hereof,payment of any
guaranteed compensation hereunder shall be made to Agent notwithstanding that inclement weather may render a performance
impossible or Infeasible. If the Concert cannot be performed due to an act by any government authority or any court,then Agent shall
have the right, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Agent,to retain the sums theretofore paid to Agent by Promoter
pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement. In the event of cancellation by Artist due to illness,an unforeseen emergency,or overriding
obligation or professional responsibility,Agent or Artist shall not have any liability for expenses or losses incurred by Promoter.However,
Agent will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the Concert subject to Artist's availability and Promoter's approval not to be unreasonably
withheld, or provide a comparable artist, subject to Promoter's approval, not to be unreasonably withheld. If the Concert cannot be
rescheduled and a comparable artist is not available,any and all deposits will be refunded to Promoter.
7. Promoter agrees to maintain the absolute confidentiality of all the terms,conditions, and arrangements contained in this Agreement
and/or associated with this engagement.
8. If Promoter fails or refuses to comply with any of the material provisions contained in this Agreement, or if, at any time prior to or
during the actual performance of Artist,such technical equipment is otherwise than in perfect working condition,or if any performance of
Artist is rendered impossible or infeasible by any cause within Promoter's control or which Promoter, by the exercise of reasonable
diligence, could have avoided; then in any of such events, Agent, or Agent's or Artist's representative, in Agent's sole discretion, may
thereupon terminate the Agreement without liability of any kind to Promoter,neither Agent nor Artist shall have any further obligation to
perform the Agreement,Agent shall retain all amounts theretofore paid to Agent by Promoter,and Promoter shall remain liable to Agent
for any additional compensation herein provided. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit any of Agent's and/or
Artist's remedies in the event of any breach by Promoter, including without limitation, checks returned for insufficient funds, of this
Agreement or failure or refusal by Promoter to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement.

9. Promoter represents and warrants that it has the right to enter into and fully perform this Agreement, it is at the present time,or will
be,the owner or operator of,or has or will have a valid lease(executed in Promoter's name) upon,the place of performance on the dates
and at the times set forth in this Agreement, proof of which shall be given to Agent upon request and no provision contained in any
concert hall lease,which is inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement, shall be binding upon Agent and/or Artist unless Promoter
advises Agent thereof in writing promptly after execution hereof and Agent consents in writing thereto. Promoter shall and does hereby
indemnify save and hold Agent and Artist harmless from any loss or damage, including without limitation. Reasonable attorneys' fees,
arising out of or in connection with any breach or default by Promoter hereunder or any clairn against Agent by a third party which is
inconsistent with any of the warranties,representations and covenants or agreements made by Promoter in this Agreement. In the event
Agent incurs expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees in order to enforce Agent's rights under this Agreement,
Promoter shall promptly,upon Agent's request,reimburse Agent the amount of such expenses.
10.Any notices to either party under this Agreement shall be addressed to the other party at the address set forth on page 1 of this
Agreement, until either party shall give the other written notice of a new address. All notices shall be delivered by hand or served by
certified mail,return receipt requested,postage prepaid,addressed as aforesaid. The date of personal service or of depositing for mailing,
shall be deemed the date of service.
11.This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof and cannot be
modified except by a written instrument signed by both parties. Promoter acknowledges that the Contract Rider is a material part of this
Agreement. Any terms and conditions contained in the Contract Rider shall be deemed incorporated into and a binding part of this
Agreement. The waiver by either party of any breach of this Agreement in any one or more instances, shall in no way be construed as a
waiver of any subsequent breach of this Agreement(whether or not of a similar nature). If any part of this Agreement shall be held to be
void, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of the balance of this Agreement. This
Agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles.The parties
agree that the State and Federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee shall be the sole venue and have sole jurisdiction for the
settlement of all disputes arising under this Agreement.
12.This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of
which together will constitute one and the same instrument. Any signed copy of this Agreement or of any other document or agreement
referred to herein, or copies or counterparts thereof,delivered by facsimile transmission or email, shall for all purposes be treated as if it
were delivered containing an original manual signature of the party whose signature appears in the facsimile or email and shall be binding
upon such party in the same manner as though an originally signed copy had been delivered.

This rider is part and parcel to the Contract dated i 12016, by and between Unspoken
Touring,Inc., hereinafter referred to as ARTIST,and, hereinafter referred to as PURCHASER,for engagement at
(VENUE)

Please understand that the requirements of this rider are not meant to Inconvenience you or increase the cost of
the event.This rider Is designed to alert the PURCHASER as to the artist's needs and requirements and to
answer questions that will help make the concert a success for you,the tour, and every person that attends the
concert.
1. Advertising:
A. PURCHASER agrees to use only current, pre-authorized press, photos and advertising materials in order to
provide and maintain quality.No other materials are to be used without the written consent of Artist's
Management. Please notify Artist's Management prior to the start of promotion for this event as to images, logos
and related press materials.
B. Promotional materials including,but not limited to,flyers,posters,etc., must be removed from the venue prior
to doors.
C. Interviews/Meet&Greets:Artists will make every effort to be available for reasonable radio and print requests.
All interviews and meet&greets must be arranged prior to the day of show and PURCHASER may not commit
Artist to any form of Interview or promotion without prior consent of Artist's representatives.All requests should
be directed via e-mail to Kelcey Wixtrom:kelceyC[_propermgmt.com.
2. Personal Appearances, Interviews, Recording:
A. PURCHASER agrees that he will not commit ARTIST to any personal appearances, interviews or other
promotion without prior consent of Artist's Management.
B. No portion of the performance rendered hereunder may be broadcast,recorded,filmed,taped,or embodied in
any form for any purpose. PURCHASER agrees that he will not authorize any such recording without ARTIST
Management's express written authorization.
C. The signing of autographs will take place only after the performance is completed,time and schedule permitting.
Please provide one (1)eight-foot table,two(2)stanchions,and five(5)chairs near, but not immediately next
to the merchandise table, along with two(2)security personnel.Care should be taken when positioning this
table in order to control the people wanting autographs, to take pictures and meet ARTIST—keeping the line
moving and in single file.Production Manager will verify its location prior to the opening of the venue doors.
3. Emceelintroduction:
Any person designated to speak from stage and Introduce Unspoken must meet with Production Manager 30 minutes
prior to the show time for briefing on introductions.
4. Recording:
No portion of the performance rendered hereunder may be broadcast, recorded,filmed,taped,or embodied in any
form for any purpose. PURCHASER agrees that they will not authorize any such recording without Tour Producer's
express written authorization.
5. Sponsorship:
A. PURCHASER may not commit to any for profit or non-profit sponsors on a local or national level without the
express written consent of Tour Producer.

B. Sponsor banners will be displayed in the venue lobby on the night of the concert.
6. Ticketing:
A. If this is to be a ticketed event, PURCHASER will need to provide Artist's Management with a ticket manifest
showing number of tickets printed in each price category. Artist's Management will approve ticket scaling at the
time of contract offer.No changes to scaling will be made without Artist Management's express written consent.
B. PURCHASER is to provide a complete box office statement at the conclusion of the concert for accurate
settlement with Production Manager.
C. Twenty(20)tickets per concert will be held as ARTIST comps up to two(2)hours prior to show time,or until
released by Artist Management or Production Manager.
7. Merchandise Sales:
A. ARTIST shall have sole and exclusive right, but no obligation, to sell souvenir items(including recorded music
product).These receipts shall belong exclusively to ARTIST.
B. PURCHASER agrees to close any church bookstores or merchandise centers on day of show.
C. PURCHASER agrees that the Artist shall have adequate space with proper security to vend such materials and
shall have access to any hall facilities and areas adjacent to the venue as deemed necessary by designee
(within the Fire Marshall's approved parameters).
D. PURCHASER agrees to notify Booking Agent at time of contract of any house percentages on merchandise
sales. If no concession fee Is Indicated on the contract,no concession fee will be paid.If a Merch fee is
required,an official printed and signed receipt Is required,or our business manager will mall the March fee
at a separate time. Merch fees will be paid out to venues only and not promoters.
E. Artist's Merch Manager will provide cash box and start-up cash for the merchandise set-up.
F. PURCHASER will provide:
1. Electrical outlets will need to be placed in each display location.
2. Two(2)March Volunteers.Volunteers should be of good physical abilities(able to stand on their feet for long
periods of time)and should be available at least 1 hour prior to each show's"doors'for load in and set-up.
Workers will be dismissed after the show's end and sales have been completed(normally 1 hour to 1 '/1 hours
post show's end).
a. Volunteers should arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled door time.
b. These workers need to be outgoing,sales-oriented people,preferably 16 years of age or older,with
previous money-handling experience(i.e.trustworthy and able to handle quick sales and account for
these transactions.)
c. These workers must not be responsible for any other duties pertaining to the concert,and must be
assigned solely to the merchandise sales tables.One person per location will be required to stay at the
merchandise booth at all times during the duration of the concert.
d. All sellers should be prepared to sell merchandise for one hour before the concert,during intermission,
and for up to one hour after the concert. Following the conclusion of sales,the sellers will assist In the
disassembling and packing of merchandise and displays.
e. Prior to load-in,said tables are to be appropriately placed in primary vending locations for display of
Artist product/concession sales. Each location will be no less than 10'wide by 8'deep.Considerations
and accommodations can be made for lobby/concourse restrictions, and crowd flow.

8. Compassion International:
We have partnered with Compassion International in order to offer an opportunity for those coming to the show to
sponsor a child on the other side of the world. Their monthly sponsorship will make it possible for a little boy or girl to
get the assistance they need to survive and in doing so they too can give hands and feet to their own ministry.
Please have one(1)8-foot table available for Compassion's use. No other organization of this type may be presented
from stage without written approval.
Compassion will arrange volunteers for the event.These volunteers are told to be at the venue 1 (one)hour before
doors are opened so that they can be trained,and they are told to come to the Will Call booth for entry.They will not
have a special pass or a ticket and will not be expecting to have a seat in the concert.Their names will be on a list,
with instructions,that the Production Manager will provide for the Box Office on the day of the event.We need these
volunteers to have access to the Concourse at the time designated on the letter,so that they will be in time for their
training session.Please make the venue/box office aware of this.
9. Sale of Alcoholic Beverage:
If the event is to take place in a civic hall,fair,or college where alcoholic beverages are sold,we request that no
alcoholic beverages be sold at the concert. It is the responsibility of the PURCHASER to notify,in writing,the hall
manager and the in-house concessions representative of this requirement at least four(4)weeks in advance of the
concert. Advance Manager shall be copied on the notice the same time as the hall manager.
10.Parking:
A. The PURCHASER will provide sufficient parking and clear access to the stage door for One (1)Bus&Trailer
with(up to 65'total length each)for Artist personnel.Once the bus Is parked for load-in it will remain in that
space until load-out.
B. If possible, please provide shore power for the bus within 75'of the parking location.This will need to be at least
a Fifty(50)amp Two Hundred Twenty Volt(220 V)service and be accessible to the back parking area of the
venue. Bus parking will require up to 75 feet of parking space and need to be near the dressing rooms.
C. The parking area should have direct access to stage loading and backstage doors,be cleared of all other
vehicles and equipment,and remain clear and available from load in until load out.
11.Insurance:
PURCHASER agrees to provide liability insurance coverage in the minimum amount of$1,000,000 USD to protect
Unspoken Touring, Inc.and all tour personnel and concertgoers against personal injury or property damage related to
the performance.By this provision,PURCHASER agrees to hold Unspoken,contractors,and any employees
harmless against any loss,damage or expense,including attorney fees in connection with or by a claim for personal
injury.Please name"Unspoken Touring, Inc."as additional insured on building policy and provide management with a
Certificate of Insurance detailing coverage 2 weeks prior to the day of show. Please email to

12.Agreements and Contention:
A. The promoter agrees to obtain and pay any and all licenses and fees required for the event.The band will not
be held liable for any additional costs to the promoter because of the band's performance.The promoter will
indemnify and release the band from any responsibility associated with claims arising from the band's
performance.
B. The band will not be held liable if one or more members cannot attend due to unforeseen illness or family
emergency in the thirty days prior to the event.
C. If the PURCHASER is not of the majority age(18 or older),this contract must be signed by a representative for
that individual,who will assume liability for the contents of this contract.
D. This contract shall be taken as a cohesive document,not as a combination of clauses. in the spirit of that,if
either the promoter or the band does not fulfill any single clause,the entire contract will not be voided.Abuse of
this clause andlor attempts to void major sections of the contract will not be tolerated,and could result in the
voiding of this contract.

13.Cancellation:
It is the ARTIST's desire and intention to appear at every contracted engagement. If the ARTIST is prevented from
performing their obligations under this Agreement due to illness, unforeseen emergency,or any other conditions
beyond our control,which make it reasonably impractical for Unspoken to attend, Unspoken will not have any liability
for expenses or losses incurred by the PURCHASER.Artist's Management shall endeavor to suggest a comparable
alternate musician that is acceptable to the PURCHASER or reschedule the event for a future,mutually agreeable
date.That failing,the deposit shall be returned to the PURCHASER and neither Unspoken, GOA,Inc.nor any Artist
or Artists'representatives,labels,managements or agents shall have further liability or obligation to the
PURCHASER.
Force Majeure—Artist's obligation to furnish the entertainment unit referred to herein is subject to the detention or
prevention by sickness,inability to perform,death of Artist or an individual in Artist's immediate family,accident,
means of transportation,"Act of God",fire,accident,terrorist act,riot,strike,or any events of any kind or character
whatsoever,whether similar or dlssimilar to the foregoing events,which would prevent or interfere with the
presentation of the show.Provided the talent is ready,willing,and able to perform, PURCHASER agrees to
compensate the Artist in accordance with the terms hereof regardless of Act of God,fire,accident,terrorist act,riot,
strike or any events of any kind or character whatsoever,whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing events which
would prevent or interfere with the presentation of the show hereunder.
Concerning inclement weather,notwithstanding anything contained herein,inclement weather shall not be deemed to
be a Force Majeure occurrence,and the PURCHASER shall remain liable for payment of the full contract price even if
PURCHASER has the sole right to determine in good faith whether any such weather conditions shall render the
performance(s)impossible,hazardous,or unsafe.
14.Payment:
A deposit check should be made payable to"Greg Oliver Agency"and mailed to GOA according to your contract.
Final payment is due prior to concert time and should be made payable to"Unspoken Touring,LLC".This payment
should be a church check,cashier's check,money order or cash.The Production Manager will receive payment the
day of the show.
If a backend settlement is included in the terms of the contract, please submit your budgets with this rider.On the day
of the show,please have all receipts organized,along with a ticket manifest for the show.Expenses without receipts
will not be accepted.Settlement will be done with the Production Manager.

HOSPITALITY & CATERING
1. Hotels:
A. PURCHASER will provide:
1. ONE(1)non-smoking double hotel room for TWO nights(the night prior to the show&the night of the
show). Our bus driver will need access to the hotel room as soon as Artist arrives at the venue.
2, FOUR(4)non-smoklng double hotel rooms(must have inside entrance).
3. Hotel rooms must be non-smoking,within close proximity of the venue. Hotel is to be a reputable hotel
such as a Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn. Please confirm with Production Manager before booking hotels.
B. Hotel buyout: There may be times for one reason or another that the Artist will be leaving for the night to
move on toward another show, another town,etc. In this case we ask that you provide the Artist with a hotel
buy-out of$100.00 per room. This can be given directly to the Production Manager in cash or added to the
total check amount for the night. Please check with Production Manager a few weeks before the show for
clarification on this item.
2. Runners:
The PURCHASER shall provide one(1)Runner,who will be avallable from load In through the entire load-out.This
person must have a valid driver's license,a passenger van and they must have a good working knowledge of the
area,including hotel,airport,and other key business locations.They will be responsible to Production Manager
exclusively the day of show.'Pieese provide runners that do not smoke--members of ARTIST's band and crew
have asthma and cannot be exposed to cigarette smoke.
3. Travel By Air:
If PURCHASER is providing airfares,please contact Production Manager for all booking details.PURCHASER to
provide$50-$100 per passenger,depending on airline traveled,to cover baggage fees. The receipts for baggage
fees will be given to PURCHASER on the day of show.Please make the check payable to"Unspoken Touring, Inc."
The travel expense reimbursement check will be picked up at the end of the show with the remaining balance of
contract.
PURCHASER will need to provide Ground Transportation to and from the airport. Due to the amount of bags and
number of people traveling the vehicles needs to be two(2)SUVs or a large(15-passenger)van with rear seat
removed.Please discuss this along with expected arrival time with Production Manager.
4. Hospitality:
A. Production Office:Please provide a room with one(1)table and four(4)chairs to be utilized by the Production
Manager throughout the day.Production Office MUST have reliable,high speed WI-FI or wired Internet access(if
wired, please provide a network cable). Production office MUST have a convenient electrical outlet.
B. Dressing Rooms:There will be a total of 8 members in our traveling party.The Advance Manager will confirm
the number attending your event before the day of show.Please provide at least one(1)large,clean,quiet,
private and well lit,environmentally controlled,lockable dressing rooms for Artist's exclusive use as close to
stage as possible.
Please provide tables,comfortable chairs,couches(If possible),venue Wi-Fi passwords,trashcans,multiple
electrical outlets,full length mirrors,towels, and clean and private bathroom facilities in these rooms.
Please provide another comfortable room(sofas,easy chairs,etc.)designated as a"green room"for meals,
meeting with guests,prayer before hand,etc.
Please stock the dressing rooms with the following HEALTHY snacks:
Fruit
Cheese&crackers
• Trail Mix
• 2-4 varieties of gum

1. The PURCHASER shall provide 8 clean hand towels,to be used by performers on stage.
2. If showers are on site: PURCHASER shall provide 8 large bath towels.Towels must be available one
hour before load-in and remain available until after the entire crew and staff departs from the venue.All
towels to be placed in the production office at time of load-in.Please make sure that the showers are
available from load in to load out and that the hot water is working.
5. Meals/Catering:
Breakfast: Please see After-Show Food(Section 7). In lieu of breakfast,the Production Manager will use a portion of
this After-Show buyout to purchase a few breakfast items for the tour.
Lunch and dinner must be provided for 8 people.As is the nature of our work,it is common to have the same
meal routinely catered. In an attempt to maintain health on the road,we request that catered or home cooked meals
be kept relatively healthy to include vegetables,lean meats,and salads.We would love to avoid heavy meals such as
lasagnas,pizza,fast-food burgers,processed lunches(Subway),etc.
The Production Manager may request a meal buyout based on travel plans for the day. Please discuss this during
advance.
LUNCH
Should be served at 12:00 pm and left open and warm until 2:00 pm.
There will be 8(eight) Touring Personnel eating this meal, at different times.This should be a goad quality hot meal.

UNSPOKEN PRODUCTION RIDER
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this production rider.A great deal of thought and consideration has been
put Into the production rider so that we can create the best possible platform for Unspoken to present the message and
music.Please understand we will make every effort to keep production flexible and cost effective while maintaining the
integrity and production quality of the performance.
The Production Manager will contact your production department in advance regarding specific areas of the production
rider.Please furnish a mobile number and email address for your venue representative authorized to make all decisions
pertaining to the event, regarding venue access,all house gear and equipment, and grounds decisions. Please have this
person available from load in to load out day of show.
1. Stage Requirements for Indoor Shows:
A. Main Stage:Optimally,the stage area is to be no less than 32 feet wide by 24 feet deep by 3 feet high with a
clear space of 25 feet above the stage.At minimum,the stage must be 24 feet wide by 16 feet deep. The stage
must be completely clear prior to arrival.This includes podiums,chairs,orchestra equipment,etc.
B. Stage Risers: If possible,please provide two(2)8'x8'x1'or 8'x8'x2'skirted risers,center stage. Please discuss
this with the Production Manager during advance.
C. Stage Power: Provide access to a minimum four grounded (and preferably surge-protected)electrical outlets on
stage. Please see stage plot for required power locations. Please no more than four outlets on any single
circuit.
D. Once the stage has been set,control over the stage will be the responsibility of the Production Manager,and no
Instruments,sets or production may be moved or relocated without permission.
E. Sound check will be limited to ARTIST and Artist's crew only. There will be absolutely no videotaping of sound
check.

3. Electrical Requirements:
A. Production: 100 Amps/Three phase 120/208 volts,5 wire, (3 hats,neutral,and ground). This may be
accomplished with cam-locks(usually found in theaters),a company switch,or by installing a 3-pole circuit
breaker in an electrical panel. If it is necessary to supply a generator instead,the cable run from the generator to
the stage must be no longer than 70 feet,and the generator must have a ground rod driven Into the ground and
wired to the generator by the generator supplier.
B. Bus:60 Amps/Single phase 120/208 volts, 3 wire(only if available at the venue).
C. All stage power services must be within 70 feet of the stage and must be capable of accepting"410"size wire.
D. Please provide a LICENSED electrician to connect and disconnect power. This person must be available 30
minutes after load In begins and immediately after the concert ends.The licensed electrician May not be
necessary if power Is to be supplied using camlocks at the stage; if the venue is equipped with camlocks please
contact Production Manager,who will advise whether the electrician is needed in your case.
4. Audio Requirements:
A. House Speaker System: Purchaser shall provide a professional quality,flown or hanging'Line Array"system
suitable for complete coverage of the concert seating area. Recommended systems in order of preference are:
d&b Audiotechnik V or Q,Meyer Lyon or Welodie, L'Accustics KARA,Nexo S12, JBL Vertec/VTX[with V5
presets],EV X-Line,or EAW[with UX-serles focused processing).The system is to be set up in L/R Stereo,with
subwoofer send on an AUX Output("aux-fed subs"),
Speaker system must be properly powered. Point source speaker systems may be suitable In some venues,but
should not create sight-line issues. Use of should be discussed with Production Manager.
"Peavey,Behringer, and other similar budget speaker systems are not acceptable. Home-built systems are not
acceptable.
The show will run at an average of 105dbA,peaking at 115dbA at the FOH console.With this in mind,the
systems must be able to produce sound pressure levels of 120db,"A-weighted"with a useable bandwidth
range of 35HZ to 18KHZ+/-1 db at the House Mixing position without distortion and provide even
coverage to the entire audience without phasing or lobing errors.
B. Artist Provided Equipment—BUS TRAVEL DATES ONLY
1. 1.Artist provides the following audio production for all BUS travel dates unless specifically discussed
otherwise with Production Manager during the advance. 'This equipment is for the sole use of the Artist,and
no other act will be permitted to use any part without permission or discussion with the Production Manager
in advance.
• Midas Prot w/stage box and cabling--mixing FOH and Monitors
• in Ear Monitor Systems
• All microphones,stands,cables,sub-snakes
• Stage AC power drops
• 3 Phase 208 volt AC Power Distro w/100'4/0 Feeder cable

2. 2. Stage Lighting Package:Artist provides a lighting package consisting of Controller,LED moving and
static fixtures,trussing,lifts,and AC Distro.
C. FOH Mixing Console:
1. One(1)48 channel digital mixing console,specifically an Avid Venue Profile/SC48,Yamaha CL5,Midas
Prot/ProX,or Allen&Heath iLive/GLD/dLive. Monitors will be operated from this console unless Purchaser
is required to provide a monitor position side stage as part of the larger needs of the event.
2. Artist will provide 5 stereo in-ear units to be patched into the console.These ear systems should be patched
in the first 10 mix outputs of the console.

turned off in the audience area during performance.All doorways to lighted hallways will be curtained.
B. The PURCHASER must provide ClearCOM communication from the location of the spotlight to the lighting
console on the floor.
C. A professional concert lighting system should be provided per the list as follows-
• 8—Mac 101 Moving LED wash fixtures or similar
• 6—Mac Quantum LED Profile Moving fixture or similar
• 10--LED Bars or PAR Fixtures—RGBW
• 1—Professional Lighting Controller/Console—GrandMA,Avolites,or similar
• 1—Professional Haze machine oil or water based-venue dependent.
• Fixtures should be hung on truss, or stacked on road cases.
A Lighting Operator should be an hand to program scenes,and operate the lighting console during the show at
the direction of the Production Manager.
6. Ramp to Stage/Load In Path
A. A ramp is needed for stage access and must be able to support 1,000 lbs. Please ensure that the ramp is not at
a steep angle to the stage. If a ramp is not already in place or permanently installed,PRODUCER must procure
one.Please discuss this with the Production Manager during advance.
B. In addition,any stairs or elevations along the"load in path"from the trailer must have ramps,as some road
cases are too heavy to be lifted.
7. Video/IMAG:
ARTIST requests access to tie into the house iMAG system if available.Using media elements will allow us to
enhance the night with visuals and song lyrics when appropriate.This includes the use of cameras and operators If
available.Please adjust your volunteer or staff counts accordingly.

8. Spotlights /Communications/Operators
A. Two(2)spotlights and two(2)spot light operators must be provided by the PURCHASER one half hour before
the show. Clear-Com headsets are required at both(2)spot light locations as well as the house light operator
position and the FOH lighting director's position.All stations must be tested and confirmed working no less than
two(2)hours prior to show time.Clear-Com must be wired-no wireless.
B. Spotlight operators must all be skilled in the use and maintenance of the PURCHASER's provided spotlights.
C. Spotlights must be a minimum of 1200 watts. (IE Lycian 1266 for smaller venues(spot positioned less than 150'
from"center"stage)Lyclan 1267 for medium to large venues(spot positioned more than 150'from"center"
stage).
D. if spotlight location is on the floor, PURCHASER shall provide(2)4'x4'risers with minimum 3'height.
9. General Safety:
A. Please ensure Immediate access to first aid kits,fire extinguishers, mops,brooms,and clean up kits. Please
provide access to cable coverings for the snake running to FOH(rubber mats, carpet pieces,etc.)
B. The PURCHASER shall provide the following security personnel:
1. Prior to doors opening(schedule TBD per advance):
1. One(1)security person for each backstage access point.
2. Two(2)or more In dressing room area, depending on venue layout.

11. Outdoor Events:
A. A professional stage and roof system is required,with a stage measuring at least thirty-two(32)feet wide by
twenty-four(24')feet deep and a minimum of three(3')feet high. The roof over the stage is required to measure
a minimum of thirty-six(36')feet wide by twenty-eight(28')feet deep,covering the entire stage with overhang,
load-bearing required,with black"blow through'backdrop.Side covers are optional but preferred. One(1)long,
secure ramp from ground level onto stage and two(2)sets of stairs should be provided.
B. There have been a number of temporary roof structure collapses in recent years,some of which have resulted in
Injuries and fatalities, and most of which were preventable with proper design and construction. For this reason,
any temporary roof system must be designed and manufactured by an entity that provides professional roof
structures to the entertain ment/event industry. This roof system should include engineered drawings and
specifications clearly tested and approved by licensed professional engineers. All load data,wind speed
tolerances,and construction data Is to be provided,on site,for inspection at anyone's request. The roof
system's design and construction should be approved by the manufacturer's insurance carrier and the roof
system contractor's insurance carrier. The roof system owner/contractor shall assemble the structure in
accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, including but not limited to all specified cross-bracing,guy
wires,and ballast. An approved roof system technician shall remain on premises and be available for any
questions during the time of the roof system's use. Roof structure documentation should be provided to Road
Manager during the advance process to avoid any issues on the day of your event.
C. Temporary roof structures not specifically engineered for load-bearing outdoor use,including but not limited to
improvised structures supported by construction-type"Genie'-style portable lifts,are inherently unsafe and shall
not be used; providing such a roof is a serious safety hazard and will result in event cancellation with full
payment to Artist required.
D. Production Manager reserves the right to give final approval on all components listed above to be used in the
production of the event. Artist and Production Manager reserve the right to cancel the performance and settle in
full if they have concerns about the roof or stage structure,ask questions and there is not an acceptable
response or correction. Please address any potential Issues with Production Manager during the advance
process.
E. Finally,even a properly-constructed,well-designed roof structure is susceptible to damage and failure due to
severe weather,such failure could easily cause serious injury or death to Artist,crew,and audience members.
Artist and Production Manager reserve the right to delay or cancel any performance due to actual or forecast
severe weather or lightning which, In their sole judgment, renders the performance unsafe.
CONCLUSION
1. CONSTRUCTION OF RIDER
This agreement constitutes the parties'entire understanding and may not be modified except in writing and signed by
both parties. Modification to the agreement will not be valid until the change has been dated and initialed by
Management. Further,if the contract is returned with the general rider or technical rider unattached,unsigned,or
altered in any way,at Management's discretion,this contract may not be accepted releasing the Producer from any
further obligation to Purchaser.
2. ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING
This constitutes the sole, complete and binding agreement between the parties hereto. This agreement may not be
changed,modified, or altered except by an Instrument in writing signed by both parties.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Purchaser shall not have the right to assign this agreement,or any provision thereof. But, Producer shall have the
right,from time to time, and at any time,to assign Its rights and/or delegate its obligations hereunder,in whole or in
part of any person,firm,or corporation working on Producer's behalf.
3. NOT A PARTNERSHIP
Nothing herein contained shall ever be construed to constitute the parties heretofore as a partnership or join venture
or to make the Producer liable In whole or In part for any obligation that may be incurred by Purchaser in Purchaser's
carrying out of the provisions hereof,or otherwise.

4. SCOPE OF CONTRACT AND RIDER
Purchaser is fully appraised and fully understands that all provisions of this agreement and compliance with all
requirements set forth herein are essential to the proper performance of the Artist. The Artist shall have no obligation
to perform in the event that all terms and conditions of this agreement are not adhered to.
It is further understood that if Artist is ready to perform and does not do so because of Purchaser breach, Artist shall
be entitled to the full amount which would have been payable in the event of performance.
5. LEGAL WARRANT
Purchaser warrants that he/she has the right to enter into this contract and is of legal age.
6. AGREEMENT
I know this is a tremendous amount of information to read and process as you prepare for this event.All of the details
included in this agreement are designed to help make this event run smoothly, so the focus on the day of the event is
ultimately directed for ministry.

1, the undersigned, have read and understand the contents of this Rider and accept the responsibility of
fulfilling all the requirements therein.
