CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
This contract for appraisal services is between Governmental Appraisal Services, Inc. (Appraiser)
and Jacobi,Toombs and Lanz as agent for the City of Jeffersonville(Client).Upon your acceptance
of the terms, conditions and certifications contained in this contract, the Appraiser is hereby
authorized to perform the specified assignment.
SUBJECT PROPERTY: Various properties along Utica Pike
Service Owner Fee
1 Appraise 4 properties for sidewalk easements $600 ea $2,400
Total $2,400
ASSIGNMENT
The Appraiser shall perform an analysis of the subject property and provide a written report within
5-7 weeks after signing of contract as described below in estimating a market value for acquisitions
for sidewalk easements. Appraiser shall provide Client with an email of the report.
TYPE OF APPRAISAL/REPORT
The appraiser agrees to perform an analysis to determine market value to the above referenced
property. The Appraiser agrees to provide reports in accordance with the Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The written appraisal report shall be prepared under
Standards Rule 2-2(a) of an appraisal performed under Standard 2(USPAP).
PAYMENT PROVISIONS
Client agrees to pay Appraiser a fee of$2,400 within 30 days of delivery of reports.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Please acknowledge the agreement of Client to the provisions included herein by signing and
returning one original.
