§ 130.01 UNVEh'r,-:~, HF_,A'i'~u~ PROI-l~r£r.~.
(A) For the purpose of this section the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly
indicates or requires a different meaning.
(1) E/VCLOSED STRUCTURE. A room used for public assembly, educational, instructional,
mercantile, office, or residential purposes, including mobile homes, travel trailers~ and house boats,
(2) C.A~.F/Pr~n, ROOMHEATING DEVI6~E Or. ~ UI~ENTABLE TITE,
A self-contained, freestanding, air heating, gas-fired appliance, designed as a space heater for an
enclosed structure.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell at retail or wholesale, or offer or expose for sale at
retail or wholesale any gas-fired room heating device of the unventable type, or other type which has
not been approved by the American Gas Association or the Fire Marshal.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to install in any room or enclosed structure any gas-fired
room heating device of the unventable type or other type which has not been approved by the Amencan
Gas Association or the Fire Marshal.
(D) It shall be unlawful for any person to own a gas-fn'ed heating device of the unventable type or
occupy an enclosed structure m which such a prohibited device/s installed, or continue to use or
operate such a device after the receipt of a written order from the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention
to discontinue its use.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, iniure, or hamper any city officer or employee
who is engaged in the performance of any of his official duties.

§ 130.03 DES'I'RUCTION OF CITY PROPERTY'.
It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, destroy, deface, or mar any city property.

§ 130.04 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS; EXCEPTIONS.
It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally discharge any firearm. However, the provisions
of this section shall not apply to law enforcement officers while they are engaged /n the lawful
performance of their duties as such; and that the provisions of this section shall not apply to a person
who is exercising his lawful right of self-defense.

§ 130.08 w/=~.l~G MASKS I1~ PUBLIC; EXEMPTIONS.
(A) It shall be unlawful for any person over 14 years of age within the corporate limits of the city
to assume a mask, false face, cover or partial cover, or other apparel with intent to conceal his identity
or counterfeit another, or with the intent to prevent disclosure or recognition, in any public street or other
public place.
(B) The following are exempted from the provisions of division (A) above:
(1) Any person under 14 years of age;
(2) Any person wearing traditional holiday costumes in season;
(3) Any person using masks in theatrical productions including use in mardi gras celebrations
and masquerade balls;
(4) Any person lawfully engaged in tradss or employment or in a sporting activity where a mask
or facial covering is worn for the purpose of ensuring the physical safety of the wearer, or because of
the nature of the occupation, trade, or professional or sporting activity; or
(5) Any person wearing a gas mask in drills, exercises, or emergencies.

No advertising of immoral, obscene, seditious, or unlawful character shall be Posted, painted, or
displayed upon any advertising display, or on any other structure whatsoever within the city.

§ 130.99 Pt~NALTY.
Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be
fined not more than $2,500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each
day that a violation occurs or continues.
