The real estate historically has been within the unincorporated county, but was annexed by the City at a time when the City expanded its municipal boundaries to include portions of what is now the River Ridge Commerce Center ("RRCC"). The BPW, finding that the Petition was duly advertised as required by law, conducted a public hearing on the Petition on May 24, 2017 and being duly advised after affirmative vote of the BPW on said date.
