Project Descriptions:
Monthly Video News Release (VNR)
For Jeffersonville Parks Department, ProMedia Group will produce a two-and-a-
half-minute monthly video to assist in promoting upcoming events and programs put on
by the Parks Dept. The video will be an enticing, fast-paced inside look at each of the 26
public parks as well as programs and events to attend. A professional voice-over will
accompany the video to educate the public. Click on the link provided to view a previous
video: https://www.youtube-com/watch?v=.hSY8oT4e Z0.Appropriate background
music will also be added to the soundtrack. The video will be formatted for use as a
marketing tool and for display within http://ieffnarks.promedia2roupdev.com/, as
well as social media channels.
Social Media Publishing
ProMedia Group will, on behalf of the Jeffersonville Parks Department, post
between two to five times per week (dependent upon available content) to Facebook.
Posts will draw attention to events and programs hosted by the Parks Dept. These posts
will include sharing information from other official city of Jeffersonville pages including
but not limited to: Police Department, City of Jeffersonville, Fire Department and River
Stage. Event pages will be created for large public events with additional detailed
information provided by the Parks Dept. In addition to cross promotion and events,
Posts will include various campaigns and promotions to increase awareness of
opportunities with the Parks Department.
ProMedia Group will launch the department's new Twitter page, using Facebook
to create a Followers Contest Campaign to produce followers in the area. ProMedia
Group will post to the client's Twitter page twice weekly until sufficient numbers call for
additional posts. A similar campaign will follow for the Jeffersonville Parks' Instagram
page to promote additional followers. PMG will post, on behalf of the client, to
Instagram once weekly until sufficient numbers call for additional posts. Upon review of
followers, ProMedia Group will begin Instagram and Twitter contests. Additionally, it is
recommended that the client's Instagram and Twitter accounts have the same name for
consistency and ease of search optimization.
In addition to traditional social media platforms, ProMedia Group will publish a
monthly educational blog. This written piece will be enticing, include visual aids, be
