BEFORE THE JEFFERSONVILLE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE IN THE STATE OF INDIANA
A RESOLUTION CONVEYING SURPLUS REAL ESTATE BY DEED
TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville ("City') was erroneously conveyed certain real
estate as described in attached Exhibit"A"; and
WHEREAS, the City does not need the real estate and the real estate has no substantive
value; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety ("BPW") believes this real estate
should be conveyed to the original owner, Robert Lynn Company, Inc.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that he Board of Public Works
and Safety approves the conveyance of a Parcel of Surplus Real Es.a By Deed the Original
Owner.
