ORDINANCE NO. 2002-OR-~
AN ORDINANCE FIXING BASIC SALARIES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 2003
BE iT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1
That from and after the first day of January 2003, the following appointed officers
and employees of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, shall receive the following base
salary per year.

All per hour rates are listed at the maximum per position with the minimum of
$5.25 per hour for full-time employees excluding temporary help.
The City will pay the 3% employee share of P.E.R.F. for civilian employees and
will pay 3% of the employee share of the Police and Fire Pension assessments.
All full-time employees will receive longevity pay of $200.00 per year for each
year of service. Employees must work 3 full years before he/she is eligible for longevity
pay.
SECTION TWO
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
