CERTIFICATION COMPENSATI0N: An employee meeting the
requirement established by the Indiana State Board of Health and
passing the State Examination for Municipal Wastewater Plant Operator
Certification may receive $.25 per hour per certification level
obtained with a limit of fifteen (15) employees and approval of the
Board of Public Works. Shift Pay 4 P.M. to Midnight - additional $.20
an hour, and Midnight to 8 A.M. additional $.30 an hour.
