INDIANA. WE ATTACH A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND APPLICABLE DRAWING OR PLAT MAP TO
DESCRIBE THE AREA TO BE VACATED.
WE CERTIFY THAT WE HAVE SERVED A COPY OF THIS PETITION AN A NOTICE OF PROPOSED
VACATION UPON ALL OWNERS OF LAND THAT IS AFFECTED BY THE EASEMENT PROPOSED TO
BE VACATED. THE NANES AND ADDRESSES OF THESE PERSONS ARE FILED WITH THIS PETITION.
IF NO SUCH SERVICE HAS BEEN UNDERTAKEN, THESE LANDOWNERS HAVE CONSENTED TO

Dear Mayor Parker:
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
I am representing Jeff Agan, General Partner of Youngstown
Partners, L.P., the entity which has purchased Youngstown Shopping
Center. On behalf of Mr. Agan, I am enclosing two copies of the
Statement of Benefits for tax abatement for the improvements made
to the center which is in an economic revitalization area under
Resolution 91-R-32. Also enclosed are duplicate copies of the
proposed Resolution to be presented to the Jeffersonville City
Council for their consideration.
Would you please place me on the agenda for the next regular
meeting of the City Council so that a presentation can be made and
advise me of the meeting date.
