[~ AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within the Common Council Budget; and WHEREAS, there is now ~vithin the Common Council Budget sufficient monies to pay this additional amount. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Common Council Budget be transferred as indicated.
