BEFORE THE COMMON COUNCIL
FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE SPECIAL APPROPRIATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, COUNTY OF CLARK, STATE
OF INDIANA, that said Common Council will meet in the Council Chambers on the First Floor of the City
Hall, Jeffersonville, Indiana on 21 Day of October, 2013 at 7:00 O'clock P.M. for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the Passage of an Ordinance making the following
Appropriation in Addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the Fiscal Year 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA that
the following sums of money are requested by law:

ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
THIS RESOLUTION shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
Approval by the Mayor.
