KRONOS' • 1 PROJECT DURATION, CHANGE CONTROL, DELIVERABLES AND RECOMMENDATIONS 1.1 PROJECT DURATION This Services Scope Statement (also known as the "SOW ") documents the agreement between Kronos Incorporated and Customer concerning the services to be performed by Kronos TeleStaff Solutions Group (TSG), including the deliverables, the cost of the project, the responsibility of each party and how the project will be managed. The TeleStaff remote implementation process leverages proven methods developed by TSG. • The Advanced phase is designed for customers who have had time to assess specific scheduling needs in a live production environment. Customer is trained to configure advanced staffing functionality and configures those rules during a training class at the TeleStaff training facility in Irvine, Ca. The duration of the advanced configuration training class depends on the customer's business need. The intent of this project is to execute the, Assess, Build, Test and Certify phases of this TeleStaff implementation. Number of Implementation Phases 1 Depending upon Customer's resource availability and project task capability, the duration of the project may need to be extended. This may increase the number of hours required for tasks that are performed on a weekly basis such as managing project communications, managing /updating project plans, facilitating project meetings and updating project status reports. 1.2 CHANGE CONTROL If the Scope of Services defined in this document or the budget of hours for Kronos services changes at any time during the course of this project, Kronos and Customer will review and adjust the scope and budget of services through standard Kronos change control procedures. Please review the Kronos Change Control Policy: http:// www. kronos. com/ professionalservicesengagementpolicies .aspx 1.3 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERABLES Deliverables will be considered accepted by Customer unless written notification from Customer of errors is provided within five (5) business days of receipt. If written notification of errors is received within five (5) business days after receipt of the deliverable, the deliverable owner will address the reported errors in a revised deliverable. Customer will then have an additional five (5) business days to report that all errors have been resolved by the revised deliverable. If written notification of unresolved errors is not received, the deliverable will be considered accepted by Customer. 1.4 ENGAGEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS Customer is responsible for standardizing and documenting business procedures and policy changes to support TeleStaff prior to TSG rules configuration. Customer's Project Team will attend appropriate Kronos training prior to and while participating in the implementation. Customer understands that Kronos recommends setup of both a PRODUCTION and TEST environment. Commitment from Customer's upper management is crucial to the success of the project. Kronos assumes Customer will assign a Project Executive Sponsor. The Executive Sponsor is responsible for implementing the necessary change management for Customer to embrace using TeleStaff and for ensuring the Project Team is appropriately staffed, made available and is executing their tasks according to the Project Plan. TeleStaff SSS Template R9 1 KRONOS INCORPORATED CONFIDENTIAL I Page 2 of 7 KRONOS • 2 PROJECT OBJECTIVES PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT 2.1 PROJECT OBJECTIVES Successfully implement the addition of Advance Configuration and Web Access to the existing TeleStaff system: 2.2 PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT Customer Project Manager will partner with the Kronos Project Manager to align the desired project outcomes, producing key results related to the critical TeleStaff business needs. Customer Project Manager will assist the Kronos Project Manager by managing customer team member responsibilities as necessary for success in the overall implementation process; however, Kronos leads the team and the overall implementation process. This partnership depends upon Customer Project Manager leading by directing, coaching, and facilitating customer team resources. Usually having a background in resource evaluation and staffing, change management, and team building; Customer Project Manager monitors the progress and completion of project milestones towards achieving the project completion date. They also help resolve any surprises or concerns that may arise during the implementation. Kronos and Customer jointly build the solution per the in -scope business requirements. In addition, Kronos and Customer jointly perform configuration unit testing to validate the rules against the requirements.
