BEFORE THE COMMON COUNCIL
FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE SPECIAL APPROPRIATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Council Chambers,
on the first floor of City Hall, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the day of
20 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of considering and determining whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following appropriation in
addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year 20 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana that the following sums of money are
FUND PURPOSE /ACCOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED
Water Resource Coordinator 37,391.
LOIT Funds -Fire Dept Staff Vehicles 430406431 60,000.00
General Fund City Clerk 101042111 8,000.00
General Fund Chief Deputy /Off Mngr 101042112 5,900.00
General Fund Traffic Clerk 101042116 30,500.00
General Fund Court Clerk /Accounting 101042115 34,800.00
General Fund FICA 101042198 4,910.10
General Fund PERF 101042199 9,504.00
General Fund Special Legal Services 101042360 3,000.00
General Fund Contract Services 101090390 13,000.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the
Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
