All of the missing items have been reordered and we are waiting on the safety grates and handrail - still. It should be in next week. 2) The two 36 inch stainless sluice gates change order - that we ordered to replace the damaged and corroded cast iron gates from the original construction - are not here, even though they were to ship on 8- 14 -12. We have been checking on them for over a week and are waiting for their delivery. 3) The Smart Building Panel PLC has gone bad twice and we cannot determine the cause. EFI is looking into this issue, but this keeps us from completing the controls coordination and training. We hope to have this figured out by next week. This hold up the final controls work. 4) The gas detector electrical lights and cables change order items are 5 to 6 week deliveries. They were released yesterday. 5) We still need to install the second yard hydrant and backflow preventor. The hydrant just arrived. 6) Our painter is working around the Crane America sub on the hoist and trolley rework - handled by the City direct. Pace is certainly anxious to finish. We pulled off the site with our forces yesterday to wait on enough parts to work steady. We are finish grading and painting with our subs now. The seeding of the site will be done on 8- 24 -12. The fence will be installed next week. We hope to have the remaining items on the current punchlist, completed by the end of next week, except for the items 1 — 6 noted above. Jeffersonville, Indiana Additional Forms Supplemental to Agreement Form Tenth Street Pump Station Expansion 00 52 25 I would say that due to the gas detector electrical long lead items, a final completion date including all field orders would be 6 weeks from today plus 2 weeks for gas detection installation. This equals a date of October 12, 2012. I would say that we will be gone from the site with everything but the gas detection change order and the two sluice gates that have not shipped - by 9/7/12. We will return around 10 -1 -12 to complete the gas detection and will come back to install the sluice gates whenever they arrive. Pace Contracting LLC will continue to be responsible for the operation of the pump station until we get the controls issue noted in item 3 above solved. At that time we will train for the controls, then turn the pump station over to the city to operate as designed. We ask that additional time be granted as requested above and that any potential for liquidated damages be removed.
