A RESOLUTION AUTI- IORIZING ISSUANCE OF CREDIT CARD TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Whereas, the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission employs an Executive Director ("Director") to manage, oversee and direct the daily operations of the Department of Redevelopment, and Whereas, at times there the need for the Director to pay certain expenses related to business of the Commission and the Department of Redevelopment; and Whereas, the Jeffersonville City Council has previously adopted an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of credit cards to certain department heads . including the Director, and Whereas, the Commission believes the Director should have the use of a credit card for the payment of certain expenses related to the business of the Commission and the Department of Redevelopment; Now, Therefore It Is Hereby Resolved that Commission hereby concurs the Jeffersonville City Council that the Director, as a city department head, should be issued a credit card; and It Is Further Resolved that the Director is hereby authorized to use th credit card for legitimate expenses related to the business of the Commission and the Department of Redevelopment as long as said charges are itemized an. consistent with the procedures and requirements set forth by the Jeffersonville City Council, the Indiana State Board of Accounts and Indiana law.
