- - RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -1 -. _ _. _ _ - - ------ - - - _ -. BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City Council
Chambers Room 101, Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville,
Indiana, on the 28 day of December 2011, at 6:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
Ordinance making the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year 2011.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
EDIT FUND
Appropriation from the EDIT Fund for the following:
Transfer of Funds to Health Insurance $ 200,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
