Any employee which currently gams in excess of the payrange for the paygrade assigned the position will not be eligible to receive a salary increase until such time as the payrange is adjusted. The rate of pay of any employee can not increase without prior approval from the Council. All full -time employees will receive longevity pay of 5200.00 per year for each year of service. Employees must work 3 hill years before he/she is eligible for longevity pay which will begin on Jan 1 following their 3 year anniversary with a maximum longevity pay of S4,000 paid for any employee employed in excess of twenty years.
