Any employee which currently earns In excess of the payrange for the paygrade assigned the position will not be eligible to receive a salary increase until such time as the payrange is adjusted. Ranges marked by an asterik (1 Indicate the salary or rate has employee(s) In excess of the authorized paygrade. All salary rates are listed at the maximum per position with the minimum of 520,000.00 annually for full -time employees unless a range Is otherwise listed. My employee hired after September 30, 2010 will not be eligible for an increase until January 1, 2012. All per hour rates are listed at the maximum per position with the minimum of S7.25 per hour. unless a range is otherwise listed, for full-time employees excluding temporary help. The City will pay the 3% employee share of P.E.R.F. for civilian employees and will pay 3% of the employee share of the Police and Fire P.E.R.F. The rate of pay of any employee can not Increase without prior approval from the Council. All full -time employees will receive longevity pay of 5200.00 per year for each year of service. Employees must work 3 full years before he/she is eligible for longevity pay which will begin on Jan 1 following their 3 year anniversary with a maximum longevity pay of 54,000 paid for any employee employed In excess of twenty years.
