(Company) for the sum of $1 2 5 00, payable annually in advance, and subject to the terms of this contract, agrees to render periodical inspections and mechanical service consisting of cleaning, adjusting and lubricating the equipment as hereinafter enumerated (see Effective Dates below). It is understood and agreed that the equipment covered by this agreement must be in good mechanical condition at the time this contract becomes effective. This agreement does not provide for repairs made necessary through shop overhaul, damage by fire, water, accident or abuse, or for repairs made necessary through Daylight Savings Time changes, month and date changing, and resetting due to power failure. Parts and supplies (except parts becoming defective during the Company's guarantee period and covered by the guarantee) will be charged for at the regular standard list prices. Regular inspections for the purpose of rendering mechanical service will consist of cleaning, adjusting and lubricating the equipment. Four (4) inspection(s) will be made on date(s) to be determined and specified by the Company's Service Department. If the equipment covered h}' this acntruct brc.ls drvvn daring the period this contract is in .orce, the user will be er~tiiled to Ai.L additional break:iown calls at nu additional charge for labor/transportation (EXCEPT for the above noted exceptions). Parts and supplies, however, will be charged for at regular list prices. This agreement is transferable, without refund or additional charge, to new equipment purchased as a "replacement" of the equipment covered by this contract, the remaining inspections to be made on the new equipment on the regular inspection date(s) as above specified. This instrument contains the entire agreement of the parties with reference to the subject matter and there are no promises or representations other than as above set forth. No variation from the printed provisions of this instrument will be binding on the Company, unless made in writing with the express approval of an executive officer of the Company.
