SCOPE OF PROJECT & DESCRIPTION OF TASK: Data Network Technology wil~ network 6
T -1 lines from the Drnare to the 3rd floor closet and rework the voice bacbone cables as needed fo~ the 911
system and phone system as requested and stated on page 2. All of the connections will be labeled: with a cable
number at each end of the cable, at the front of the patch panel and the faceplate that will identify Which port in
the patch panel and what distribution location the jack goes to. Each data drop will be tested usinglthe
WireScope 350 and a copy of the test results will be supplied to the customer. Data Network Tech~ology will
test, label, and verify the integrity of all the data lines using the WireScope 350. All cable instal1at~on is
warranted for 10 years for workmanship and materials. I
