~ Effluent quality was within NPDES permit limits.
~ Removal percentages for the month, BOD 95.6%, TSS 91.2%, and NH3 97.1%.
~ Settleable solids averaged 500 mgll for the month, settleability is stable. Fluctuations in the
weather will have an effect on the settleability. This has not caused any operational problems.
~ There were 26 wet days (defined as a day having at least 0.1 inch of rainfall and three days
afterward) resulting in an average plant flow of 10.768 MGD, and 5 dry days with an average flow
of6.467 MGD. The total monthly flow for the plant was 151% of the design flow.
~ The facility received an average influent BOD loading of 11,4691bs/day, (Design - 12,210
Ibs/day)
~ The facility received an average influent TSS of 16,163 Ibs/day; (Design - 11,660 Ibs/day)

Inspector - David Rainwater
Date-
Scoring:
r-'
When an area is inspected, place a checkmark on the line next to each item inspected.
If the item is out of compliance, circle the checkmark and make a note as to what needs
to be done to achieve compliance. Feel free to write comments next to or near item.
Subtract the number of "Not in Compliance" from the "Adjusted Total". This gives
you the total "In Compliance". Divide the number of "In Compliance" by the
"Adjusted Total" to give the "Total Percent".

RE: Mill Creek Station
Document!
In the past several months during a heavy rain event we have noticed that a portion of the sewer
system that comes to Mill Creek Station has been backing up from the Mill Creek station down
Jonquil Dr into the Rolling Fields Subdivision to 8th St and Strawberry Lane. We have noticed an
increase in sewer calls at this time in those areas. Employee's have responded to these calls and found
the sewer system holding full. It is our concern that the Mill Creek station is over loaded. I also feel
after looking at some maintenance records and checking the history of the pumps in this station it
might be a great idea to pull these pumps and have them rebuilt, we are currently experiencing a
problem with pump #1 motor and its overloads they are set to there maximum settings. We have also
noticed the pumps clogging up in this same period of time. I under stand that this station is slated to
be rebuilt but didn't know what kind of time line we where looking at. I recommend that the pumps
be rebuilt as soon as possible, if the plan to rebuild this station is put on hold for much longer. Pump
# 1 is going to be pulled for repairs.

RE: Falcon Crest Lift Station
Document 1

I would like to bring an issue to the city's attention concerning the Falcon Crest Lift Station we have
been getting a high level alarm and the backup float system alarm across our Scada System when it
rains or after a rain event. The employee's have checked these alarms and found that the wet well is
full ofrain water, this is also a brand new station that has none or very limited Businesses or
Residential connections on it or to it at this time which brings up the issue of possible infiltration or
some sort of problem. This stations wet well shouldn't be holding full, it is a concern of ours that this
station will be a problem to the city and to us when the Falcon Crest Subdivision is completed.
