Kevin Bostock, Sr. is the owner and geneial superintendent ofKevco Construction, LLC.
Kevin has worked in the construction indtistry for 30 years in a variety .of capacities. I
Before starting Kevco ~onstruction, LLC, Kevin worked at Karbar for 19 years, where he
achieved the level of Vice President and part owner. Kevin is responsible for the day-to-
day operation and implementation of company policy. In addition. to the day-to-day
management of the business, he does estimates and supervises jobs.

Kevin Bostock, Jr.,.began his career over 12 years ago as a laborer at Karbar
Construction. After a two-year program in construction at Prosser Vocational School, he
completed.afour year apprenticeship program, and became a journeyman carpehter.
While at Karbar, he progressed from carpenter to :foreman to job superintendent. Kevin
haS completed various safety training programs and is responsible for company safety
compliance. He has obtained certification in first aid and asbestos abatement. He is also
trained in blood-born. pathogen procedures and fire-~topping systems.

. Tom Palone has over 25 ye.ars experience in industrial and commercial construction. lfe
has worked for Louisville Gas & Electric, Naval Ordinance Station and J.A. Jones 1.
ManagementServices. Tom has a wide range of eXperience in all phases of construction,
project management and estim:atiDg. Tom has overseen projects in excess of 40 million
dollars (i.e. restoration initiatives for hurricanes Bertha and Fran). He completed several
OSHA courses as well as FIrst Aid/CPR .
William P. Hawkins
Estimator
Bill Hawkins has over 25 years of construction experience working with various
contractors. Bill has experience as. a General Superintendent and Project Manager. Bill
operated his own cOnstruction. company for 14 ye.ars. . Before joining Kevco Construction
he worked for Brasch and Barry General Contractors as Project Manager for 13 years.
Bill is responsible for providing. a.variety. of estimating and project management services,
including preparing and submitting bids, as well as preparing submittals and controlling
. project schedules, progress and CO&t. .

Rex. E. Lockard
. Estimator
Rex Lockard studied civil engineering at the University of Kentucky. He has worked in
field engineering as well as the structural design of bridges and highways for: the states of
Kentucky and Indiana. Rex has a diverse background in the construction industry. He
operated his own construction company for over eleven years. Before joining Kevco
Construction he worked for 14 years at John Wile Construction Company as an
Estimator.
Union Caroenters
Our field employees are randomly drug tested. They are all required to have current
C.P.R. certification, first aid and 10 hours ofO.S.H.A. training and are versatilely trained
and knowledgeable of all aspects of the construction industry.
