MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
HELD OCTOBER 1,2007.
The regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana (the "City")
was held at the City Hall, Jeffersonville, in the County of Clark, Indiana, on October 1, 2007, at
the hour of7:30 p.m. (Local Time).
The meeting was called to order by Council President Keith Fetz and the minutes of the
meeting were recorded by Clerk-Treasurer Peggy Wilder.
On roll call, the members of the City Council were shown to be present or absent as
follows:
Present: Councilpersons John Perkins, Ed Zastawny, Keith Fetz, Connie Sellers,
Ron Grooms, and Nathan Samuel.
Absent: Councilperson Barbara Wilson.
(Among other proceedings had and actions taken were the following:)
The Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana (the "City"), presented to the
City Council a statement and recommendations relative to the making of temporary loans for the
City General, Park, Sanitation, Police Pension and Fire Pension Funds Fund. Upon motion duly
made, all the members of the City Council present consented to considering the adoption of the
Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2007-0R-62) in one meeting. After due consideration of said
Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2007-0R-62) on motion duly made, seconded and unanimously
carried, the same was adopted and is as set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

THEREUPON, there being no further business to come before the meeting, on motion
duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the meeting thereupon adjourned.
