to serve as a member of the Jeffefsonville Riverboat Gaming Authority for a term beginning January 10, 2007 and
expiring December 31,2007. This instrument is to serve asf6rmal official notice of this appointment. The Jeffefsonville
Riverboat Gaming Authority directed to notify the appointee named above of its next meeting. Upon expiration of this
term, same shall not be automatically renewed without the subsequent express written approval of the Clark County
coQunCil. "

performed by the Clark County Council, Indiana on the date shown during an open meeting of said Council, held in
accordance with Indiana law. I certify that a duplicate original of this instrument has been transmitted to: 1) the
appointee, 2) the Clark County Clerk, 3) the Clark Circuit Court, 4) the Agency/BoardlDepartment affected. The original
instrument is a permanent record of the Council of Clark County, Indiana kept on file in the office of the undersigned.
