The City will pay the 3% employee share of P.E.RF. for civilian employees and will pay 3% of the employee share of the Police and Fir~ Pension assessments. All full-time employees will receive longevity pay of $200.00 per year for each year of service. Employees must work 3 full years before h~/she is eligible for longevity pay.
