Table 1.1 summarizes the effluent quality data. Attachment A contains Time Series Plots of daily BOD and TSS values. During the month of November there were twenty four sewer calls. Three of which wer,e regarding odor problems. These three problems were resolved by applying deoderant. Seventeen of these calls were due to backups. Twelve of these backups were resolved by shooting the main with the Jet truck; the remianing five were residential problems. Three of the sewer calls were regarding catchbasins that needed to be cleaned. There was one calll regarding a broken catchbasin, and it was fixed. ~ SEYMOUR, IN 3.0 PREVENTIVE AND UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE Preventive maintenance was performed on all equipment as scheduled during November. A list of unscheduled maintenance work orders is included as Attachment C. Maintenance and repair expenditures for the month of November are detailed in Attachment D. Table 3.1 represents the total amount expended in November and for the year. Tablt:~ 3.2 includes the same information for repair and replacement expenditures. The rating was 90%. A copy of the Safety Inspection Report is contained as Attachment F.
