At 1011 Morris Ave. crews cleaned 80' and removed blockage, no damage to the resident. There were 1,704' of line cleaning, televising and locating conducted on 8 different days for the 10th St. project. Televising was also done from the sidewalk at Lifesprings on Court Ave. to check the main line for roots the City's project. 28 catchbasin tops were cleaned throughout the downtown area. 16 catchbasins were vactored out due to heavy rains at different construction sites in city. Bar screens at 10th St. were also cleaned several times due to rain. During our street pre-maintenance schedule our trouble spot list was completed with 5,915' of sanitary sewer cleaned, 12 manholes were cleaned for buildup of solids, 2 wet wells were vactored out at Crums Lane II & Middle School with the other stations not yet needing cleaned .A crew also cleaned and vactored 330' of storm drainage in the area of Larkspur Dr., Poppy, Gardenside and Jonquil Drive because of standing water. On our lift station pre-maintenance schedule, pump station floats, switches, and pumps were cleaned and exercised for proper operation. The generators were filled with fuel and exercised. fl 3 n n , ' Jeffersonville Wastewater Treatment Facility Monthly Operations Report G . ' . ! Our stations were checked several times due to rain, high-level alarms, and power outages. Grass cutting, weed eating, and spraying was also conducted on weekly basis. Repairs to the vactor truck were done with a 90 being put on vactor arm. Crews pulled pump # 1 at Power House and installed new seals and bearings. New lights and lamps were put in at 10th St. lift station. Crews pulled pump # 1 at Crums Lane II for removal of rags, and worked on pump # 1 at Ceadarview lift station to replaced a keyway. The control fuse was replaced on blower #1 motor control in bio building. The influent gates at the Tenth Street were cleaned several times due to spring rains and 84 catchbasins tops were cleaned in the downtown area. Feel free to write comments next to or near the item. If in compliance, leave blank. If not applicable to the plant (some items may not be), write N/A ("Not Applicable") on the line. Count up the total number of "Not Applicable" items. Subtract the "Not Applicable" from the "Total Possible" points. This will give you the "Adjusted Total". Subtract the number of "Not in Compliance" from the "Adjusted Total". This gives you the total "In Compliance". Divide the number of "In Compliance" by the "Adjusted Total" to give the "Total Percent". Example: Counts: N/A = 4 Not in Compliance = 3 ,.-, , n .
