1.0 EFFLUENT QUALITY
During April, effiuent quality was within NPDES permit limits for CBOD, TSS and NH-3. Table
1.1 summarizes the effiuent quality data. Attachment A contains Time Series Plots of
Carbonaceous Biochemical Oxygen Demand (CBOD) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) values.
Attachment B contains Time Series Plots of Aeration Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS) and

3.0 FACILITY OPERATIONS
Attachment D contains a list of septic haulers that discharged at the facility during the month of
April.
In April, all discharge limits were met. High flows, due to heavy rains, kept settleability levels
higher than preferred. This caused higher than normal 8VI levels.
3.1 PRETREATMENT
Pretreatment activities for the month include:
. Annual sampling monitoring was preformed at Wyandot and Brinley-Hardy.
. Sanitary and storm sewer discharges were monitored at Indiana-American Water. Flow
data was also collected.

PREVENTIVE AND UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Preventive Maintenance was performed on all equipment as scheduled for April. Pulled #2 and #4
pumps at 10th Street lift station and checked for debris in the impellers. Greased Spring Street lift
station pumps and checked FLA's.
4.1 SEWER MAINTENANCE CALLS
Table 4.2 represents all sewer maintenance calls for the month.

Scoring:
If the plant is not in compliance with the item listed put a checkmark on the line
next to the item listed. Feel free to write comments next to or near the item. If in
compliance, leave blank. If not applicable to the plant (some items may not be),
write N/A (''Not Applicable") on the line. Count up the total number of ' 'Not
Applicable" items. Subtract the ''Not Applicable" from the "Total Possible"
points. This will give you the "Adjusted Total". Subtract the number of ''Not in
Compliance" from the "Adjusted Total". This gives you the total "In
Compliance". Divide the number of "In Compliance" by the "Adjusted Total" to
give the "Total Percent".
Example: Counts: N/ A = 4 Not in Compliance = 3
Total Possible 114 Total Possible 114
Not Applicable -4 Not Applicable 3
Adjusted Total 110 Adjusted Total 111
