During February, the treatment process performed very well. Rainfall was slightly below normal at 4.871 inches. Settleability and SUI returned to optimum levels. New drain valves were installed for #1 and #3 clarifier. All four clarifiers were operational. 3.1 PRETREATMENT Pretreatment activities for the month include: . New permit for Indiana-American Water went into effect. . Renewed permit for Cargo Clean. 4.0 PREVENTIVE AND UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE Preventive Maintenance was performed on all equipment as scheduled for February.
