3.0 FACILITY OPERA nONS
Attachment D contains a list of septic haulers that discharged at the facility during the month of June.
During June the treatment processes performed very well. The facility experienced normal rainfall for the
month. The sludge settleability and SVIs in the secondary treatment process were normal for the month
ofJ une.
rI 3.1 PRETREATMENT
~. j
Pretreatment activities for the month ofJune 1999 include:

indicated that the unknown waste was gasoline mixed with water.
:) Annual sampling was performed at George pfau, Brinly-Hardy, and IWR.
:) An Annual Inspection was performed at IWR.
:) The ten permitted industries at the Jeffersonville WWTP are no longer required to test for
hexavalent chromium.
:) The septic hauler's analysis was performed on June 1, 1999.
